Out of the 2 which camera would you get? The “Canon MV830i†or the “Sony DCRHC30â€.
The only thing that I can really tell the difference is that the Sony has only 10X optical instead of 20X. What other things need to be considered?
I will be using the camera mainly for family shots & I am particularly interested in the still photo ability of these cameras, what megapixel can these cameras do in still mode? I can't seem to find that information anywhere.
I will also use the camera to record functions like weddings etc & upload some footage to the interenet.
Any advice on these 2 cameras would be great. As you can see I am on a tight budget, I was considering getting a separate still digital camera also but am hoping that these will have enough quality.
